From the ages of eight to eighteen, I suffered from chronic anxiety attacks. These attacks would leave me mentally destroyed, and physically weakened for what seemed like weeks at a time, and nothing I took provided relief. One day, my aunt, who had recently suffered from a mental breakdown, suggested that I try 5-HTP for my attacks. Sure enough, when the next attack came, I took a single pill of the 5-HTP, and within an hour felt 1000x better. All the physical and mental issues that came with the panic subsided immediately, and I was left feeling calm and clear-headed. It does not completely numb your feelings like an anti-depressant may do either, it simply calms you down, and leaves you able to think clearly and able to manage all the negative feelings that come with anxiety attacks. I love this product greatly for the relief it has given me, and its availability and quick acting effects. My only warning is to be careful how many Mg you take at a time, otherwise you may feel nauseous.
